We use it to send your sign-in link and to reply to your application. Nothing else, ever.

Nothing to build yet? Start with Stage Zero — it's open to anyone, takes two weeks, and no account is needed. Come back when you've shipped something.

Five questions.

We're looking for one thing: did you make something real, and can we see it? Short answers are fine. Spelling doesn't matter and isn't assessed.

A live URL anyone can open. A landing page counts. A form counts. One working feature counts. It does not need to be finished, polished or impressive — it needs to exist and be visitable. This is the one thing we can't assess you without.

One sentence, and it can't be "everyone". Specific beats big: "dog walkers in Stockport who can't fill last-minute slots" tells us more than "the pet care market".

Three conversations counts. We're most interested in the inconvenient part — what did someone tell you that you didn't want to hear? "Nobody wanted it" is a real and useful answer.

One sign-up, one reply, one pre-order, one person who came back. One real action beats a thousand views — page views and impressions don't count for much here.

One filing a week, on your own day, starting seven days after you join. Miss two in a row and you're out — one no-questions pause is yours to use whenever you need it. That deadline is the whole product; it only works if it's real.

Yes — I can file once a week for six weeks.

Anything that doesn't fit above. Leave it blank if there's nothing.

I'd rather a person read this than an automated system. Ticking this sends your application straight to a human. It doesn't count against you and it doesn't slow you down much — reviews happen weekly.

How this is decided: an automated system checks your answers against our published rubric and admits you if you clear the bar — usually within the hour. If it doesn't, or it's a close call, a person reads it before any decision is made. No machine turns anyone down on its own. You can ask for human review at any point, and you'll get a reply either way. What we do with your data. ·

What you set out to do, in your own words. One line is fine.

The honest version. "Nothing shipped, here's why" is a valid and useful filing — the point is the rhythm, not a highlight reel. Nobody's grading this.

Anything that shows the week — a commit, a page, a screenshot, a post.

Filings appear on the public ledger. Miss two weeks in a row and your place closes — one pause is yours, no explanation needed, whenever life happens. Something gone wrong? hello@hogan-inc.com reaches a person. ·
